I had an appointment at 12;30 my car sat there in the parking lot for more that an hour so beings that I was already upset that I was going to be charged $170.00 just to have you tell me why my engine li parking lot for more that an hour so beings that I was already upset that I was going to be charged $170.00 just to have you tell me why my engine light was on I thought to xxxx with this and got in my car and left ( I did tell the guy I was leaving) I took my car elsewhere and they did a quick check and told me the reason why my engine light was on (nothing serious) and they didn't charge me a thing. I'm sure you would have found a $ 400 job. on top of the $170 engine check. I used to take my car in faithfully for the oil change but will never step foot in that place ever again. More

My salesperson John V was awesome, the sales manager Bryce helped me get a rate and payment that worked for my budget and the finance manager JR made the paperwork easy and painless!!
