Lithia never changed the oil on the used vehicle I bought. It’s a Pretty new vehicle but definitely needed and oil change and told me it had been done and the vehicle had been inspected. They lied. I have given them plenty of opportunities and bought several vehicles from them. Every single time something is misrepresented and they try to cover it up somehow. Though they "fit" me in because I am from out of town, they did subpar work on my vehicle. I was told that the windshield washer fluid was topped off, it was not! And to top the whole thing off they broke they did subpar work on my vehicle. I was told that the windshield washer fluid was topped off, it was not! And to top the whole thing off they broke the hood lever to open my hood and then denied that they did it and tried to blame it on the dealership in Klamath Falls! They just offered to fill up my coolant in which I had to use my own coolant to put in the vehicle! I bought my car here and I have free lifetime oil changes, this isn't the first time I've had a problem. I will be taking my car to Klamath Falls or Redding from now on. They always try to upsell me on a bunch of service that I don't need and I'm tired of it. They put in my paperwork that a bunch of the service lights were on in my car, which they were, none of them serious. They all went off after I washed my car aside from the windshield wiper fluid that I was told was put in the car, and was not, like I mentioned before! The sad part is my car has outgrown my family and we were looking to buy a new vehicle. I wanted to come back to Lithia Toyota of Medford but I will not be doing so due to the treatment of me at the service center. More
Mike Rapport was a great person to deal with, helpful and knowledgeable, personable and kind. He made the car buying process very easy for me and wasn’t pushy when I needed a little time to complete some err knowledgeable, personable and kind.
