Everyone was just wonderful and answered all my questions at Lithia Toyota. My only problem still is the navigational and radio system. It freezes up and no one at the dealership knew of the problem. Found new damage very next day after taking my truck. went back to dealership to see if they can repair the new damage, and was told by the sales manager that it was my problem and they are not doing any went back to dealership to see if they can repair the new damage, and was told by the sales manager that it was my problem and they are not doing anything about it because they believe it was not done there. The sales manager was okay with loosing me as a customer, and if I did not purchase anymore vehicles from Toyota he was okay with that. More
