The service MANAGER seems to think that customers vehicles can be used for personal errands. I CAUGHT the service manager using my car to go have lunch while I was finishing my 4th hour of waiting. Very professional. Even caught red handed he refused to apologize and went as far as to say it's COMMON PRACTICE to use customers vehicles for PERSONAL USE. Instead of a quick test drive this manager and the people under him regularly (per his statement) use customers vehicles for PERSONAL REASONS. Taking someone's car without their permission for personal use is THEFT!!!! Scott Knuepel would have gotten high marks but for the fact that he knew my vehicle was being used for personal, non business reasons and didn't believe it was wrong. More

Friendly service advisors and cashier. I took my older Toyota pick up in to have the driver side seat belt replaced. It only took them about 15 minutes but I paid for an hour. I know this is now standard but It would be nice if the service dept would offer additional service that could have been performed in 45 min (that I have paid for) and pay for the additional parts/oil etc. More
