I had been in a car accident (my car had taken a direct hit to the wheel and driver door) and my car wouldn't start - there was a code that said "Brake Faluire" - I had the car towed to the dealership. I asked to have the entire brake system checked out - said I'd pay for it. They didn't do it because they couldn't get the code to replicate - but they didn't check it out complely AND didn't tell me they didn't fully check out the brake system - all they looked at the brake pad. I was really nervous to drive my car - and couldn't fathom the service department not fully checking out my car after and accident - and talking my word for the code that had shown up more than 10 times as I kept trying to start my car. This dealership is better than any of the ones I have been to. They actually helped me and were nice while helping me. Skyler helped a lot, there was someone who I was in contact with who just stopped me been to. They actually helped me and were nice while helping me.
