WOW! Just WOW. Our experience could write a mini novel. We were greeted by Luis. We test drove the 1st car we were looking at but it was a little out of Just WOW. Our experience could write a mini novel. We were greeted by Luis. We test drove the 1st car we were looking at but it was a little out of our price range. When Luis took us back to the desk to see what we could work out, I saw a truck on the computer that was exactly what we were looking for. We inquired about it and he said it was on the lot but he didn't have a key because it just came in on trade in. We went out and looked at it and we just loved it. We went back to the desk and Luis worked out a deal that included our trade in and our payments were right where we needed them to be. This was memorial weekend so the service department was closed and we wouldn't be able to test drive the truck until the service department cleared it. The 1st week Luis called to let us know that we were still waiting on the service department. The 2nd week he called to let us know the service department was waiting on a part and asked if he would like us to perhaps look for another vehicle if this transaction was taken too long. We said no. We wanted this truck. By the end of the 3rd week on a Friday, Luis called us and asked us if we wanted to come pick up our truck. Of course we did! We were so excited. When we got to the dealership and saw the truck for the second time, it was even better than what we remembered it being. And it drove like a dream. It was definitely worth the 3 week wait to get exactly what we were looking for at the price we wanted. I can't say enough good things about Luis. He was very knowledgeable, efficient, hard working, polite and his communication was top notch. There was never a point of pushiness or urgency to make the sale. He will definitely be my go to guy for my next vehicle and I will definitely be referring him. More
