From the moment I visited Lithia I was impressed with my salesman, Rick Aarons. He was curious and knowledgeable and he asked several probing questions so as to determine what vehicles might be the best fo salesman, Rick Aarons. He spent considerable time with me on a test drive and answered all of my questions. He introduced me to an "old pro" salesman partner named Del who really took me through the benefits of the 4 Runner I was considering. What I heard helped me make up my mind. I then met Rick's boss, Kareem who spent considerable time with me to determine what it would take to close the deal for everyone to be happy. After a few days of deep consideration and additional research I made the decision to make my offer and was very happy that my offer was accepted. Rick personally delivered my 4 Runner right to my home 2 1/2 hours away from his dealership, had the vehicle washed and gassed up before taking me through the car's features. Great experience all the was from start to finish. More

I haven't bought a car from a dealership, in over 11 years, so I was very nervous when I arrived at the Lithia Toyota Medford dealership. My last experience took about 8 hours, to buy a car. Michael Vierra greeted me, asking if I needed help. I told him what car I was interested in. He asked if I wanted, New or used? I hadn't decided yet, so he took me right over to the used Rav's. He proceeded to explain the difference between them. I was surprised he didn't try to sell me a new car right off the get go. I never felt pushed in any direction. He just answered all my questions, then took me for a test drive. He let me drive where I wanted to go, to try the car in different conditions. When we got back, I had decided which car I wanted, he didn't try to sell any particular car. He let me decide on my own. The whole experience was really pleasant. Everyone I dealt with throughout the process was just as helpful and friendly, and I was out with my new car, in 4 hours. I would recommend Lithia Toyota Medford to all my friends and family. From the first introduction to a handshake on completing my purchase, the process was efficient, friendly and very helpful. The first person I encountered at the showroom door was sales consultant, Beau Bro my purchase, the process was efficient, friendly and very helpful. The first person I encountered at the showroom door was sales consultant, Beau Brown, who offered to answer my inquiries about the Prius Hybrid. As I had some very specific questions, Beau informed me that he is new to the sales force and offered to introduce me to a more experienced sales consultant to answer my questions. Mitch Ruis was on the scene in short order and was very well informed regarding my inquiries. He showed me what was available and explained why there would not be much room to flex on the sticker price (citing the recent problems in Japan all but ending further imports for the time being). During the test drive, I was impressed with the vehicle. Mitch's explanations of the vehicle's attributes and operating procedures allayed my initial feelings of intimidation in driving the hybrid Prius. Mitch engendered confidence that I was being given an honest appraisal of the situation and his willingness to share what he anticipated would be the situation in the near future were convincing arguments for me to make a decision to purchase on that first visit. At no time did I feel that Mitch was being anything but honest and helpful and I did not ever feel pressure to make a decision one way or the other. Mitch was just very helpful in aquainting me with the vehicle and it's attributes. Throughout the entire purchase process, the personnel I encountered at all stages made a special effort to be helpful and to make me feel that I, the customer was special to Lithia and they extended every effort to make me feel welcome and appreciated as a customer. From the parts department when I ordered seat covers to Beau who walked me through the final paperwork before offering his best wishes for my satisfaction with my new car. I felt that he was sincere when he offered to be available to answer any questions or concerns I may have in the future. On reflecting on the experience, I got the same offer from every person representing Lithia Toyota from the customer service representative to the parts department. I hope I will be as happy with my Prius as I am with the staff at Lithia. Good job all the way around. More
I had checked the internet site for a Certified Prius Toyota and found that the only one listed was black and I did not want a black car. We were in Medford and decided to stop by and visit Lithia Toyot Toyota and found that the only one listed was black and I did not want a black car. We were in Medford and decided to stop by and visit Lithia Toyota. Michael Vierra came right over and greeted us and asked if he could help us. When we told him what we were looking for he took us over to two late model certified Prius cars that were on the lot. We saw that one was just the model and color that we were looking for and had special equipment on it that we wanted. We were able to go for a test drive, check out the car which was in like new condition, a beautiful light green color and we were able to complete the sale that afternoon and drive it home. We are delighted with the car and the the sales department at Lithia. They made getting the car we were looking for easy and a good value. More
My wife and I stopped at the dealership to checkout used RAV4s and Prius. We ended up purchasing a new 2011 Prius. We started with Michael who was enthusiastic about the Prius, but stumbled on some more difficult technical questions. He explained he was more of a pickup guy, and he passed us to Chad who knew the Prius completely and introduced us to all of the significant features. Chad then asked Michael finish up our paperwork while he took care of a cient with a scheduled appointment. Chad still checked in frequently with us through the process and did a walk-through with our new car after all the paperwork was done. He made sure our cell phones were both synced with the on-board Blue-tooth and answered all our questions. Great teamwork and very friendly. More

My Husband and I had been looking for a vehicle for over 3 months, had been on and off all the lots in Medford except the Lithia stores. I had some friends and family that didn't have very good experiences with Lithia in the past and was VERY hesitant to even step foot on a Lithia lot. I am so glad we finally decided to stop at Lithia Toyota!! First of all it was the ONE and ONLY lot in town that it didn't feel like a flock of vultures was waiting to descend on us. When Chad Soares did finally approach us, he was SO personable, easy going, immediately made us feel like we could trust him, and that he was genuinely concerned with our needs and time-line! We had found a used vehicle that we were interested in, however we weren't sure that is was what we really wanted. We left that first night not feeling "PRESSURED" but KNOWING that when we finally decided on a car that it WILL buy from Chad Soares no matter what, we didn't want to do business with anyone else because of how he treated us!! He was AMAZING!! He spent over a week with us test driving cars and doing research for us to see what vehicles the other Lithia lots had just to try and find the perfect car for us. Ultimately we found EXACTLY the car that we wanted, got an AMAZING price on the vehicle, including a lifetime oil change, and ended up leaving with a wonderful feeling about Litha in general, and a friend! Since the purchase of our Nissan Murano, we have gone to Chad and Lithia and purchased a Dodge Ram for my Husband and we are now looking for a car for my sister. If someone were to ask me where I recommended to go to make sure that they are treated fair, with respect, and without feeling pressured, I would tell them to go see Chad Soares at Lithia Toyota he is the best car salesman we have ever dealt with!!!
