The staff at Lithia Toyota of Medford are efficient, respectful, and helpful. I especially appreciated Jack (the shuttle driver) for going out of his way to help me get to where I needed to go while my respectful, and helpful. My wife and I not only hate pressure from car dealers but often postpone the purchase of a vehicle if we can't find a sales person who is genuinely interested in answering our questions and concerns instead often postpone the purchase of a vehicle if we can't find a sales person who is genuinely interested in answering our questions and concerns instead of pushing the purchase. We can easily say no to that kind of pressure but we were very surprised and happy to meet Chad. He was courteous, friendly and very professional. As is our policy, we didn't purchase the car we wanted the first day but we were so pleased that we went back the next day and purchased the new car. We wanted all the bells and whistles and WE were pushy to add them. Chad would just explain the pros and cons as if he really cared and we believe he did care. Great job Chad. I was also very pleased at the friendliness of Chad, the shuttle driver. More
