We are not ones who like going through the process of buying a car. It is usually a huge turn off to my husband and me. This time was completely the opposite. Awesome dealer, my fiance' and I were having issues with our local Lithia Toyota dealer and we were given the run around for a month. I sent an email request to Lithia in Medford of what we wanted and we re our local Lithia Toyota dealer and we were given the run around for a month. I sent an email request to Lithia in Medford of what we wanted and we received a response in less then 2 minutes. We began working on paper work with John Vierra right away. Less then 45 minutes later we were approved and had our brand new 2012 Tundra TRD Rock Warrior on its way. The staff of Medford Lithia was amazing, very polite and were not the typical pushy salesmen we all dread. All around this dealer was AMAZING! More
I took my Mother's 2001 Toyota Avalon in for servicing. I had vaguely recalled from prior visits that because of age of the vehicle (not milage) we needed to consider changing the timing belt. After discussion with Marc who did not push the issue at all, we decided to do it since my mother is 91 yrs old and it would not be a good idea for her to be stranded suddenly. I got a call a few hours later that the mechanic found the belt to be practically brand new. Marc did some research on the prior service calls and discovered that it had been replaced in 2010, three service visits ago, but less than 10,000 miles. He stated that they would put the car back together with the present belt and no charge. I felt this was remarkably honest inasmuch as I had authorized the work and would never have known that it wasn't necessary. An argument could be made that I, not the dealer, was responsible for knowing what had been done and I would have been happy to pay something for their trouble. More

I had an emergency when my 2008 Toyota Highlander Hybrid would not start, and I needed to get a prescription filled for my husband in a hurry. First the service department tried to talk me through the jump would not start, and I needed to get a prescription filled for my husband in a hurry. First the service department tried to talk me through the jump start process. I could not get to the part I needed to connect. He then referred me to a roadside service number. The service folks advised me that my tow-service agreement was not in the computer, and I must pay $110 for the call. My situation was dire, and I gave them my credit card number to get the process started. Then I called Lithia Administrative services (My service agreement record said it expired in 2015.) Apparently my record was not in the computer. The woman said she would "go upstairs and find the contract, but it would take 10 minutes." In less than 10, she called and appologized. My service call was part of my contract. She called a roadside service and, before we had finished our conversation, he was by my car. He checked the car throughly, got it started, and stayed while I left the driveway to make sure I was O.K. He advised me to drive directly to Lithia motors and get the battery charged. I explained to service person, Michal Campbell, who immediately took my car. I explained about the prescription, he called the shuttle driver, who took me to Costco and waited while I got my prescription filled. He was a delightful conversationalist and very helpful and pleasant. The whole experience, which started as a total disaster, was handled in such a friendly, helpful, and interested manner that disaster was turned into a pleasant experience. I came for an oil change and a 40,000 mile check up. All aspects of the service were great. After I dropped off the car, Jack got me to work on time. Work was performed in a very reasoable time and I calle aspects of the service were great. After I dropped off the car, Jack got me to work on time. Work was performed in a very reasoable time and I called Jack for a ride back to pick up my car. By the time I got outside of my office, he already had arrived. The excellent shuttle service makes taking my car to the shop very easy and convenient with little interruption to my day. More
