I had refused to buy anything there and left.... THEN I found a few options at LITHIA TOYOTA MEDFORD, and figured I would give it a try. From the second I stepped out of the car everything was waaaaaaaaaaaaaaay better. These guys were nice, professional and honest. I know quite a bit about cars and knew what they were worth, as did the salesman, they were very upfront and very helpful. Being a first time buyer it was a bit of a pain to buy the one I wanted and the salesman pulled strings and was very patient. End result, I drove away with exactly what I wanted and a smile on my face. Had no problem shaking that guys hand before I left either. My salesman's name was Chad I'd also recommend him!
