I am ver 5 years ago I bought a 2010 Prius from Lithia Toyota. I still feel it was a positive experience, though grueling as they always seem to be. I am very enthusiastic about the car. The service department is the best I've ever worked with. They seem to genuinely care about their customers and our perception of them as excellent. The downside? A service rep who tried to "rip me off" twice. I took action after the second event. I was listened to but no action was taken. They still send surveys. I still say what happened. If they had taken some action I would trust their recommendations for service. I am confident he is doing the same thing to others. Now I use the "ask your brother first" rule. My brother's reliable and I am safer. More
