Great service again. Another pleasant experience. The staff was helpful and courteous. They made sure as I was informed at all stages of the appointment. Another pleasant experience. The staff was helpful and courteous. They made sure as I was informed at all stages of the appointment. More
Had my 2019 Toyota Highlander towed in for a check engine light. The service department didn’t even have my car for a hour in a half said they believe it was a faulty battery paid over $300 to replace it the light. The service department didn’t even have my car for a hour in a half said they believe it was a faulty battery paid over $300 to replace it they sent me in my way. I barely made it in to Grants Pass and car started acting up again. Had to pull off again. Come to find out the Medford Oregon service department didn’t check any other code and I now have my car at another Toyota service department and found out I have 3 burnt coils, 3 bad spark plugs that have water in them and still waiting to find out the rest of what is wrong with my car. I stopped in to discuss trading in our 2020 Sequoia for a 2023 Tundra. Sales manager Brian Berg was extremely rude and didn’t even talk directly to me initially, only with the salesperson. Basically if I don 2023 Tundra. Sales manager Brian Berg was extremely rude and didn’t even talk directly to me initially, only with the salesperson. Basically if I don’t know I am to make a sale ahead, I’m not spending time on a trade value estimate. He then was rude about the trade and walked away in the middle of a sentence I was discussing. We have been lifelong Toyota people and I will never walk foot into the sales area of Lithia Medford again. We have service plans for two vehicles we have purchased, which I will use until we no longer have vehicles from Lithia. Sadly I will not be able to recommend to anyone else that they go to Lithia. The salesperson proceeded to say “look what I have to deal with every day”, which pretty much confirmed that my feelings were correct. More
