Great experience overall. Jayna made making the decision to purchase a brand new vechile an easy one. This was my first experience buying a truck, and I have always heard that Jayna made making the decision to purchase a brand new vechile an easy one. This was my first experience buying a truck, and I have always heard that it is a high pressure situation. That was not the case with Jayna and Lithia Toyota. Attention to Detail I was standing quietly waiting for about 7-8 minutes when another oil change guy passed me over and started working with the people behind me. Scot I was standing quietly waiting for about 7-8 minutes when another oil change guy passed me over and started working with the people behind me. Scott noticed this and took me next.
