Rather than having to go through this lengthy 7 or more hour back and forth process, she not only had the vehicle picked out that she thought would be best for me, she had already gotten me approved for the loan, the paperwork was pre-filled out and all I had to do was test drive and sign. I was in and out in less than 2 hours and let me tell you, I would never buy a car from anyone other than Erica. Really! In case you think I am exaggerating - she even took care of me after the sale and gave me a ride back home after service drop off, even though I live 20 plus miles away. Chad Soares saved the day! I was in a bind as the car I had leased from another dealership was up and when I tried to buy a car from the same dealership they played games with m I was in a bind as the car I had leased from another dealership was up and when I tried to buy a car from the same dealership they played games with me which resulted in me returning the car I just purchased. I then contacted Chad, whom I’d bought cars from before at Lithia Toyota and he got right on it and in less than 24 hours had me in a new car and there was no game playing involved! AS FAST AS A DRIVE-UP WINDOW I brought my 2017 RAV4 in for it's annual service, even though it just turned 1K miles the previous week. The guys checked all the fluid levels, topped off any (if needed), checked the battery, rotated all 4 tires, checked all the systems out electronically and then even vacuumed the front floor mats.
