John was great in advising what work needed to be done and then took great care of me throughout the period before my car was ready. He also clearly described what work should be done in 6 months. I fell well taken care of by John from the time I called for an appointment until the service on the car was completed. I always look forward to working with him. More

Poor service Was having issues with the battery, called the Service team to verify if I was covered for tow to bring truck to dealership. Was told by two service Was having issues with the battery, called the Service team to verify if I was covered for tow to bring truck to dealership. Was told by two service team members at Medford Lithia Toyota that I was covered for 3 years, up to 3 tows. The truck was purchased 5/2017, has 20,000 miles and provided my name to verify coverage. The vehicle was towed and coordinated by Toyota Care. Was told later I was not covered. I asked to speak with a manager whom did not call me back, rather a sales member who explained it wasn't there issue and that I was to discuss with Toyota Care. My contention is that I verify twice and confirmed by Sales members that I was covered, which affected my decision to tow the truck to the dealership. In my line of work, if I tell someone they are covered we are obligated to fix our error. More

Bryce was also great to work with. He was understanding of my price point, and did all he could to get as close to it as possible. Very happy with my car, and my experience from both gentlemen. More
