Great Service Annoying noise in the front end of my Highlander. Source of noise found, fixed, and vehicle checked out to make sure there were no other issues. What I really appreciated was that the offending part was new and Tom said it might be covered under warranty. Suggested I contact the dealer who did the work when readying the car for sale. Since I had a copy of the mechanics report, I knew that they had done the work. Service manager just said they'd take a look at it, wouldn't say if their work was warranted. I didn't want to take time off work and deal with the hassel. I just had Lithia Toyota take care of it because I knew they would do it right and stand behind their work. I've been dealing with them for six years and will continue to do so! Thank you! More
