Lack Luster Don’t get me wrong, the people are amazing and customer service is on point. What I find disappointing is that I spend close to $70k on a car and pay extra for lifetime maintenance and care and when I bring it in they can’t even manage to hose it off or clean it up in any way? This is the only Toyota dealer I have EVER been to who doesn’t do this. It’s a wham bam here we changed your oil now go. Disappointing. I even tried to make an appt to get it cleaned and they said they weren’t taking any appts. Again disappointing. Why did I spend all this money on a car for life and all the extras to be treated like a Jiffy Lube. 🙄 More
