Exceptional Service The service is phenomenal at Lithia Toyota of Medford. I had a screw in my tire. Dropped off the car in the a.m. and they had me in and out and to w The service is phenomenal at Lithia Toyota of Medford. I had a screw in my tire. Dropped off the car in the a.m. and they had me in and out and to work in 20 minutes two days in a row. They rotated my tires, had to replace one (had it in store the next day), reminded me of the recall and completed that. John/service rep. was wonderful as was the shuttle drivers Steve and Bart. One suggestion: The car salesmen are like sharks waiting to kill. I had 2 ask me if I wanted to buy a car when I dropped mine off for service. You should keep them at bay a bit. Lack Luster Don’t get me wrong, the people are amazing and customer service is on point. What I find disappointing is that I spend close to $70k on a car and pay Don’t get me wrong, the people are amazing and customer service is on point. What I find disappointing is that I spend close to $70k on a car and pay extra for lifetime maintenance and care and when I bring it in they can’t even manage to hose it off or clean it up in any way? This is the only Toyota dealer I have EVER been to who doesn’t do this. It’s a wham bam here we changed your oil now go. Disappointing. I even tried to make an appt to get it cleaned and they said they weren’t taking any appts. Again disappointing. Why did I spend all this money on a car for life and all the extras to be treated like a Jiffy Lube. 🙄 More
