Lithia in general I would not recommend lithia in general period. No issues with the person that checked me in for my oil change appointment, he was very pleasant. Howe I would not recommend lithia in general period. No issues with the person that checked me in for my oil change appointment, he was very pleasant. However the person that put my sticker for my next oil change did put the correct information, is showing my next oil change is at over 180k, I only have 44.5k, so definitely not for my car. More
Battery problem I stopped in with a request to have my battery checked. They checked my battery and found that it was in fact going dead. I had hit the 10,000 mile mark with my 2019 Toyota RAV4 and so I stopped by Lithia Toyota in Medford and Customer Service Rep Jarren figured out a way I had hit the 10,000 mile mark with my 2019 Toyota RAV4 and so I stopped by Lithia Toyota in Medford and Customer Service Rep Jarren figured out a way to fit me in to their busy service schedule. Jarren and the crew underpromised and overdelivered in terms of how long it would take, etc... Jarren also advised using the website to schedule my next ToyotaCare Service about three weeks ahead of the estimated date of achieving 15,000 miles. Altogether I had a great experience here at Lithia Toyota Service Department!!! Cheers! More

They did a great job at servicing our vehicle, doing it in a timely fashion, and letting us know the vehicle was done and our next steps. Good service, no pressure, equals a happy customer. More
Oil change Went in to get my oil changed and they were friendly got me checked in in just a few minutes. Told them I would be back to pick up later that day. Getting it done for their customers! Jarren the customer service rep at Lithia Toyota did a great job in getting me in on a drop-in basis ON A SATURDAY to get the 10,000 mile service for Jarren the customer service rep at Lithia Toyota did a great job in getting me in on a drop-in basis ON A SATURDAY to get the 10,000 mile service for my RAV4! He estimated about an hour to get the work done and everything was completed inside of an hour and I was back on the road enjoying my car! Good job Jarren and Lithia Toyota!!! Brian E. More
