We saw the type of vehicle we were looking for on the online website at Lithia Toyota. At the dealership, Jon showed us the Chevy Equinox we were interested in and we took a test drive. We decided it was the vehicle we wanted and very quickly came to terms on the vehicle. What touched us most was that Jon brought a rolling office chair for my husband from another cubicle so that my husband could be comfortable. My husband is disabled and that comfortable chair made all the difference to him. Jon even rolled the chair to the finance department for us. Thanks, Jon! More
