Service dept - slow/expensive, but the employees are great! About a 3 to 3.5 hour wait to get my oil changed and front differential oil / transfer case oil changed (2 total). Seems like every time I go for an About a 3 to 3.5 hour wait to get my oil changed and front differential oil / transfer case oil changed (2 total). Seems like every time I go for an oil change it’s a few hours wait, with or without an appointment and it costs about 300$. That’s a 100/month maintenance fee on top of tires and fuel. Very expensive vehicles to drive I suppose. All the employees working at the dealership seem to be helpful and nice and I don’t think it’s their fault on the consistently long wait times. The Medford Toyota dealer is one of the last Lithia dealerships to get upgraded. They need desperately to expand the service department so wait times can be reduced. As far a prices go, I’m not sure what to think about that, perhaps this is the new industry standard. More
