When you sold me the 2020 Rav 4 hybrid you didn’t tell me I’d have to drive it at least every few days for 20 miles or so. Also, you didn’t tell me I couldn’t use a car wash. I used the car wash and the sign I’d have to drive it at least every few days for 20 miles or so. Also, you didn’t tell me I couldn’t use a car wash. I used the car wash and the signal came on, saying, “ take your car out of neutral so as to protect the battery.” Something like that. More
