For the first time disappointed Having bought 2 cars, tires and service at your dealership, I have always had a wonderful experience. This time was different, I have purchased the li Having bought 2 cars, tires and service at your dealership, I have always had a wonderful experience. This time was different, I have purchased the life time oil and extended warranty on my car and loved having it. I came in for my oil service, as usual. I was asked if I wanted my tires rotated which I have had done at every oil change and was told it would be a $14 charge. I was surprised as it has always been done before for a free charge, When I asked if it was a change, I was told it was always that way. I then mentioned by tire light was on and could that be checked. I was told yes, and if you tires are bad we won't rotate them, you would should be thankful you got this man miles out of your tires. "because you tires are looking worn" I was taken back in that the last time I was in they said my tires looked Good and I did not need to worry. All this being said, I am aware tires will need to be replaced sometime. After a very long appointment I was told it took so long because I had 2 tires with nails in them. I was thankful to get it fixed but that my tires looked good. I was told I should just be thankful I didn't have flat. Then told by John that many people blame the tires but it is just my bad luck to have nails in tires and some people just get a lot of them. Never once did I mention the tires are anything more than good tires. Once again told how to feel. I went to the pay at the cashier and was not greeted or even told anything more than put you card in any time and here is your paperwork. Once again I want to restate this is not my usual experience, but I left feeling angry and belittled. I understand folks have bad days and gosh the world is not easy to be in, but it was really frustrating. I really don't know that I have will have such high praise for dealership, and not sure I will be recommending them again. I will say Charlie Whitley was checking off my reservation on the list and was very kind and delightful. More

This was easily the best dealer experience I’ve ever had. Steven, the salesman, and Evan were both wonderful to work with.
