Considering this is the first time I have purchased through a dealership, I was very hesitant, and had questions every step of the way. However, now that I have my 2018 certified used Charcoal-blue Toyota Corolla, I am truly overjoyed. I am looking forward to enjoying this car in the upcoming years, and having the peace of mind of knowing it is under warranty. For other first-time buyers, I would recommend printing out the research that you do before hand. I had taken pictures of my research on my phone, but the information did not end up being as easily accessible as I would have liked. For Lithia Toyota of Medford, I would recommend making a "What to expect" informational video for first time buyers. The videos that I watched on youtube regarding the process were not especially helpful. I think a video that simply follows a person's experience from arriving on the lot to driving off in the purchased car would be beneficial for first time buyers like me. The video could include tips as well (such as calling your bank beforehand if you plan to make a larger down-payment with a debit card). More

Efficient This is a well-run operation, everyone knows what to do and can handle problems. regular check up I figure you must be good because I was in fairly early to get my car serviced and I swear everyone in Medford was in line. Great service, as usual John went above and beyond securing me a ride to a medical appointment while my car was being serviced for routine oil change/tire rotation.
