Volunteered to over pay for the car. My old car died and I was forced to buy a car before I was ready. I found a 2005 Toyota Corolla for $6999. I asked if the price was negotiable and the answer was "no." Now, it has been 23 years since I've bought a car but for some strange reason I thought prices at dealerships were negotiable. So I paided full pop for the car. And, upon further inspection the car was not in "excellent" condition. It was my fault because I could have taken my business elsewhere. I told the salesman not to be fooled by appearences: customers know friends and family who may need a new car. I liked that the car was delivered to my house and was very clean. The salesman was nice. I didn't feel I got a "fair" price or will get a fair price when I buy my new Toyota. Oh well. More

They fixed a flat tire which was great and effective communication via the text messaging system was very convenient for me. I appreciate the service department taking me in as a walk in and letting me know it would be a while because of their car volume. The only thing preventing a 5 is the valve cap for the repaired tire is missing. More
