Oil Service damage.. I had my vehicle in for a normal oil service...I drove home 55 miles and i had a big puddle of oil under my engine...I made another appt. to have this I had my vehicle in for a normal oil service...I drove home 55 miles and i had a big puddle of oil under my engine...I made another appt. to have this issue repaired, which turned out to be the oil plug was stripped, causing the leak..The dealership had a technician insert an oversize insert and a new plug...I drove home and within 30 minutes my oil leak was worse...Bottom line is that this dealership told me I needed a new oil pan and originally wanted me to pay the full cost..I refused and it was proven that they were the only ones that ever serviced my vehicle...bottom line they wanted a 50/50 split on costs..I told them no, finally telling them to buy the part and I will do the labor...There was no way I was going to have this place work on my vehicle for a third time..don't trust them at all...totally disappointed and the service manager did not even come out to talk to me.. More
