Was in and out in less than 1 hour. This was my initial service on our new car. I had an issue with my Bird's eye View that I had inadvertently turned off. Every time I take my vehicle in for “service” they always have bad interaction with me and need more “maintenance” which is overpriced. They seem to only want money. There was only one guy in there that was have bad interaction with me and need more “maintenance” which is overpriced. They seem to only want money. I dread waiting for hours and getting different people telling me to come back for oil change and then it’s not covered and making me run around. Miscommunication is huge, they’ve never cleaned my car well, or at all even though that’s in my contract and it’s “signed off” as done. It always takes atleast hours until oil is changed, with appointment 1, without 2-4hrs! More
