Experience with Steven was great. The wait was terrible. Cash deal, prior agreed to on the phone yet it took about 3-3.5 hrs to get car washed, fueled and Lord knows what else. Ridiculous. Wait was so long Steven, the salesperson, had to twice check on wash/fuel progress. I think he had to fill it up. Need much better organization. Didn't enjoy wait especially in light of pandemic! Sales people must have the courtesy of using REAL masks not only a clothe scarf! The pandemic is real, JacksonCo. is one of Oregon's high risk counties thanks to the higher case events in and around Medford! More
