MIKE Rapport took very good care of me. Buying an older vehicle, some things weren't perfect, and some things missing...and our check engine light is on now, so we need mechanical work done after owning th vehicle, some things weren't perfect, and some things missing...and our check engine light is on now, so we need mechanical work done after owning the vehicle for 2 weeks. Hoping it's not more than $500.00 for the work. He did his best he could with what we had to spend on a vehicle. I recommend NOT spraying the fragrance inside the vehicles before they leave. It's most offensive and lasts a very long time. It does NOT take the place of cleaning the surfaces. When I asked about a warranty after finding out that the car was needing mechanical work done after I owned it for 2 weeks, Mike was going to call me back with the possibility of some sort of compensation for the work that needs done, but never heard back from him. We like the vehicle and hope it serves us for a long time. More
