The original tires are still under warranty per documents provided upon sale of the vehicle. It is reasonable to charge a fee as a courtesy for tires purchased outside of Lithia. I would be more likely to purchase replacement tires from Lithia if not charged a fee on OEM tire rotation regardless of Toyota care being expired. More
