I had low oil right after my oil change, and no leaks. I have tried to contact the Service Dept several times to have them remedy this, but only one call back that I missed. This service center is too small for the amount of work they consistently have. The area where customers wait to meet with service advisors is too small and cramped. Came in for lifetime oil change, asked service department to fix a flat tire as well, had some complications because the tire was tricky...Joe went above and beyond to help out. I have the gold standard warranty, it was his first time dealing with one of those. All he wanted to do was argue with me about what it covered. After I took my pamphlet out and physically showed him. Then dealing with one of those. All he wanted to do was argue with me about what it covered. After I took my pamphlet out and physically showed him. Then he left me sitting in the lobby for 3 1/2 hours to get my oil changed and my tires rotated. when I had an appointment and then he tried to tell me I needed to pay out of pocket and then get reimbursed it. And I tried to explain to him all you have to do is get the email address or fax number to gold standard and they give you the billing information. He argued with me again, I had to have a different employee that helped me last time explain it to him only because I recognized him. This man was very nice Jarren then avoided me once he told me I had to call and then figure out how he needed to bill them. Even though that's his job. And every other employee there did this for me last time I went in. I also told him it was my two year olds birthday that day, and I was trying to get out of there. More
