What? Troy, Im not sure what your talking about. There was no resolution. You have offered me nothing in regards to anything thus far. I just dont know what to say at this point, we are so disgusted with what has happened. Man, come on, I spent $29000 at your dealership and at every turn recieved worse treatment than before. Please, at the very least you could pay for the body and paint damage caused by your shop. When I picked the car up after your mechanics had it, paint was missing from the driverside pillar and driverside rear fender. Looks like the mechanic hung on to these areas to get in and out of the car as well as scrathing up the door sill. Then there are two door dings with paint missing on the style line of the passanger door. Its just horrible Troy. The stress of all this is just more than someone should have to deal with when buying a car. John sold it to me. a 2016 Mustang GT, he knows who I am. My name is Rob.
