We bought a 2024 Rav4 SE Hybrid over the weekend at Lithia Toyota of Medford. We drove 2.5 hours from Northern California to Medford because Scott Weigand (Salesman) not only found the car that we want Lithia Toyota of Medford. We drove 2.5 hours from Northern California to Medford because Scott Weigand (Salesman) not only found the car that we wanted but it was a few thousand less than what we could find in California! Scott was awesome to work with, he made the whole process of buying a car out of state seamless and transparent. He even took the time to set-up the Apple Car play and show us the other bells and whistles with the A/V system. We would not hesitate to recommend this dealership and of course Scott as a salesman. The guy who you drop your car off to vapes. He vapes before, and after, while moving your car for it's services. He is also the shuttle driver. Vaping before and after driving the shuttle. what happened to smoke breaks? And is anyone checking the vape for illicit substances? Some people are getting DUII's for toxic amounts of vape. I observed the person moving cars and the shuttle van driver Vape 4 times in a matter of 10 minutes while on the clock moving customers cars and before and after shuttle driving . The service person I used to be unnamed did not even have all the service check list that my owners manual did. I had to ask him to add things the manual said needed to be done that the would not have been done by Lithia otherwise. This is not acceptable.. More
I recently bought a Prius Prime from this dealership. The people I worked with did an excellent job. Scott Weigant sold me the car. Chad Soares, another Lithia employee, was very helpful in answering questions I had about the car. His expertise about the details of the car assisted me in getting comfortable with the intricacies of the car. This would have been a five-star review had the car pickup process been easier. It took more than two hours complete this process (and I wasn't financing!). The dealership needs to address this issue and make the process more efficient. More

Worst car buying experience I have ever had In my life. It was a an absolute deception on their part. They miss represented the car. Two days after I bought the car I discovered the ECU had been keyed. It was a an absolute deception on their part. They miss represented the car. Two days after I bought the car I discovered the ECU had been keyed. When I went back to confront them about it, they said they did not know about it and nor did the prior owner. However it turns out the prior owner worked at Lithia and according to a Lithia mechanic the prior owner knew it was tuned. He stated the Lithia employee who owned the car did not care that it was tuned when they bought it. They had also sold me an extended warranty as well which will not cover any repairs to the engine and drivetrain due to the fact that the ECU has been altered. I was then told by Lithia of Medford to give them a few days and they would either somehow arrange a warranty or take the car back. Days went by I did not hear from them so I called and was told there is nothing they can do. I ask for my warranty money back. A few days latter I brought the car in under the Lithia 60 day warranty, because their was a vibration in the front and a humming type sound with clunking over bumps and a popping noise occasionally. They said it was fine. The car is a Mustang GT so I took it to a trusted Ford mechanic and did a complete front end inspection. Lower front control arms are toast. I made another appointment to have the Lithia mechanic look at it, showed him what was wrong according to my Ford inspection and still Lithia refused to honor their 60 day warranty. They wanted to keep the car overnight and look closer at it, I agreed. The next day they called to come get the car and said it does not need the control arms replaced. When I picked my car up I was shocked, literally shocked at what had been done to my body and paint. They had chipped the drverside pillar and rear fender to include numerous scratches on the Door sill. Also two passenger side door dents with paint damage. It is on the style line of the door and will be expensive to fix. Lithia ask me to return again after all of this and they would this time take car of this whole matter. When I arrived they only wanted to sell me a different car. Give me $5000 less for the car I had just bought and me end up paying 5000 more for a car on their lot. They told me they were going to sell my car to auction. Unreal all of this. On bright note though, I did finally get my warranty money back.....After 3 months. More
Five Star for Luis Rodriguez. Luis is wonderful to work with. No hard sell but took the time to understand what my issues, wants and needs were. He was able to get me in the car I wanted at a fair price. My credit isnt great nor was my down payment. But their financial team was able to get me in a certified used vehicle with in my budget. Considering all those things I got the car I wanted for a fair interest rate. The vehicle was listed at $21k, blue value is still at $18.5k. So I know they helped me, they arent making much off of me so its nice to see an actual caring dealership, especially considering they still offer me a decent price for my vehicle that wasn't in very good shape. I swear this isnt scripted, I work in the food industry and like to have credit given when do. Thank you so much Luis and Lithia Toyota!! More

Nick at Lithia is honestly the best man they have here. He was patient with me on what I was looking for (picky) and never tried to talk down to me about anything.
