The Parts Department representative did an excellent job of assuring the right parts match for my wife’s vehicle and then passing it off to Jarren of the Service Department to have the parts installed on th of assuring the right parts match for my wife’s vehicle and then passing it off to Jarren of the Service Department to have the parts installed on the car. Finally, both Joe and John of the Service Department provided great support in signing my wife and her new car up so she and the car are in the system, and then following up in the absence of Jarren (lunch) to complete the job. I came in to get my 20,000 mile oil change. I live up in Roseburg and really can’t stand Clint Newell Toyota. They are unprofessional and treat their costumers like they are idiots. I bought my scion from here 13 yrs ago and never felt like I was a nuisance. When we decided it was time to get my dream 4Runner, we traveled all the way to Salem to purchase. One of the best experiences. As I was in town with friends, I stopped off at Lithia to see if I could do a walk-in. Jarron told me it would be about a 4 hour wait. At this point I didn’t mind. As long as I didn’t take it to Toyota in Roseburg. Jarron was so kind, he got me in and out in an hour. My 4Runner is only a yr old and this was by far the best experience I have had with it other than when I purchased it at Capitol in Salem. More
