I came in for an oil change and to see if there’s anything wrong with my vehicle. When I picked up my vehicle, the oil change wasn’t done. Tyler was very helpful, I got a quote for my trade in quickly, we reached a deal and I got my new truck the same day. They asked about the extended warranty, etc., but were not pushy about it when I said quickly, we reached a deal and I got my new truck the same day. They asked about the extended warranty, etc., but were not pushy about it when I said 'no.' Very pleasant experience overall. The purchase process was great, but how disappointing the Truck has been. I started with a 5 star review for Lithia, then dropped to two stars because the truck has been so annoying and now I took away one of those stars when I finally figured out how to resolve an issue I had with the Truck always asking me if I wanted to "adjust the seat position." I called Lithia and the person I talked to in service only said I needed to "Program the seats." I figured that meant follow the instructions in the manual, so I did that. Not only did this not fix the problem, but I couldn't get the "memory seat positions" to work at all. Now after wasting an evening on Toyota forums I finally found a video that explained the dealer didn't perform the correct "pre delivery calibration" and showed me how to do that. I went through it and now the memory seat positions work and I assume I won't be asked if I want to adjust the seat position all the time. I can't imagine how you can sell a $65k vehicle and not know this. Sure I can see it's possible to forget to do this calibration. But if someone calls with the problem, how is it that everyone in service doesn't know to tell them to watch this video, do the calibration so the issue will go away. Really disappointing. More
