Two different salesmen were friendly and helpful leading up to and during test drives. On the day of my purchase, I worked with another person. I had noticed a few things and was asking about the possibilit up to and during test drives. On the day of my purchase, I worked with another person. At one point, this gentleman said "I'm done"; meaning he wasn't going to do anything and didn't want to discuss any of what I brought up. I wanted the vehicle, so I made the best of it. It's ok to say "I'm sorry Mr. customer, but we're not willing to do any work on those items." I wasn't trying to take advantage of anyone. I haven't purchased a vehicle in several years and don't like handing over tens of thousands of dollars without doing due diligence. If I recommend this dealership to anyone, I'll suggest they just don't deal with that person. More
