The service center was busy for a Friday morning. There was no one to greet us at my car, so we sat in the car-queue for about 10 minutes until I realized we needed to go into the office. We arrived around 9 am after calling and being told an appointment was not needed. I received the call that my car was completed around 11:30. We live in Vancouver, WA and we're driving back from CA. I had a flat tire. When we picked up the car, I was told there was a nail and they patched the tire. We drove off a little after 12 (about 3 hours). An hour later, my TPMS light came on. I was able to get the car to Eugene. The tire was low again. When we got to the tire repair shop, I was told there was no patch, but they were able to find the hole. They were able to repair the tire without any issues. I made it home, and was not happy with the service. Fortunately, nothing I'll happened. The 4-5 hour drive ended up taking an entire day. More
Get rid of that guy in the parking lot who just messes up auto drop off. He stands in places you can’t see him, and I’ve almost hit him more than once. He’s unnecessary and unhelpful.
