In purchasing our 2013 Toyota Sienna everyone we worked with in the Sales area was extremely pleasant and helpful. Don even acted as techno-geek to program my Blue Tooth, and sat down and visited with us while we waited for the finance guy. In addition, when I brought the car back 10 days later to inquire about changing the height of the armrests, Mike Cleveland bent over backward helping me. Although there was not a ready solution in the parts area, he eventually took it upon himself to construct a "fix" which worked great. He didn't charge me, and he even arranged for a car wash! What a wonderful experience I had when buying my 2012 Toyota Camry from Ryen Osborne. I was a little skeptical because I am a great grandma and Ryen is a young man in his mid twenties.
