Damaging mine and my wife’s vehicles! My wife and I both have 2018 model Toyotas purchased through Lithia. Within one week, we both visited their service center for oil changes and both of My wife and I both have 2018 model Toyotas purchased through Lithia. Within one week, we both visited their service center for oil changes and both of our vehicles left their service and “inspection” areas with red dings on our driver doors from their red lifts that they use. Management needs to look into this and monitor their technicians and their care for customer’s vehicles. I would think that after spending over $90,000 in vehicles there, they would take better care of their customers. Sales and finance departments have been great to work with though. More
