Exceptional On a Friday mid day the engine light came on. After calling Lithia Toyota to schedule an appointment for Saturday I was informed there was no openings On a Friday mid day the engine light came on. After calling Lithia Toyota to schedule an appointment for Saturday I was informed there was no openings. I was transferred to a Service Manager and was advised to stop by between 9:30 - 10:30 Saturday a.m. for them to run a diagnostic. After my Saturdsy 9:50 a.m. artival my 98 4 Runner was immediately pulled into a work bay and work started! As always I was kept up to date regarding issues and cost. The problem was found & the part replaced all in one morning for a customer who had to be fitted in between other scheduled appointments.....GREAT JOB GUYS! More
