I thought the car buying experience was the best I have ever had with a dealer. TJ was very helpful and accommodating. The sales manager that took in my trade was honest and knowledgeable. I thought I received a very fair trade and a fair price for the vehicle I purchased. The only down fall was not necessarily their fault, but the delivery of the vehicle was not communicated very well, and the time of delivery changed three to four times. I tried to find on Toyota's website a tracking app, but it did not exist. I would think that a large company like Toyota would have something that allows customers that have already paid for the vehicle, to track where is it located and when it will arrive. More
