John was great at being patient with us in the hot sun, looking at the vehicles, test driving, etc, with two teenage boys involved in everything. We worked with Kristen initially. We told her what kind of vehicle we were looking for. She brought us in once she had found two cars that could meet our needs. Both cars were excellent! He gave us great information about the cars and was honest about the pros and cons of each. He did not pressure us in any way but was available to answer our questions. He was diligent about working within our budget. He allowed us plenty of time to drive the cars, explore the options, and ask questions. He did not rush us in any way. Keith Deschane was involved in the final financial negotiations. He was kind, honest, and fair. He was extremely professional and made the car-buying experience fun! We felt that he gave a great deal on an amazing car. Keith runs an amazing business and we will recommend Lithia Toyota to all of our friends and family members. More

My boyfriend and I stopped into lithia Toyota just to look..... Both went home with new vehicles. If it wasn't for Chris I'm not sure we would have purchased. Great customer service from everyone. I always thought all car salesman were the typical pushy, won't stop talking, only looking out for their selves kind of people. I found out I was wrong. Right from the start Max Erickson made me feel welco won't stop talking, only looking out for their selves kind of people. I found out I was wrong. Right from the start Max Erickson made me feel welcomed. He listened to what I wanted. And when I said no to something (such as no leather seats) he didn't push. He made me and my husband feel like we were doing business with a friend who had our best interest in mind. He did what ever he had to do to help me. He gave me great advice such as, "you should try to sell your old car on your own rather than trade it in. You will get more for it". And that in fact is what I did, he was right, and I was able to come up with more of a down payment. Because I sold my car before my new one came in (we had to order it). He gave me a loaner free of charge. He shared personal things about himself such as were he was from, his family, life experiences, ect. Which in the long run made me relax and feel more comfortable with the whole process and with him. I felt like I was doing business with a friend. I would without hesitation recommend Billings Toyota and I suggest people ask for Max Erickson. He will do what he can to make the buying a car experience less painful. In my opinion Toyota of Billings should do what they can to keep Max Erickson around. He is a great guy! Thanks Max for everything! More
It was a divine appointment with Max. God had him come and help us when no one else would come out and talk with us. Max and Pat O'Neil did what they could to help us get our SUV. God worked a miracle threw them and it was awesome how God worked it out that we could get the SUV. Max was our angel when we needed a person to help us out. God knew that it would impact his life and those that he shared our story with. We REALLY appreciated his help a lot. Our car broke down and at Pita Pit and we had to walk to O'Rileys to get some parts to help us get back to Glendive. We stopped at the lot on the way to the parts store. A salesperson was standing outside and looking around. He never came up to us to see if we needed any help or not. I was drawn to the 2006 Ford Escape. So we walked the length of the lot then headed on to O'Rileys. Bought what we would hope would fix our van so we could go home. On the way back past your dealership Max came out and talked with us with in a min. after we stepped back on the lot looking at the Escape again. Max, took us for a ride in the car and let us drop some things off at the van on our way back to the lot. Then we went in and did the paper work and with in a couple of hours we were out of there. Due to the insurance office being closed we had to stay in Billings over night. Max took us to where we would be staying the night and then came and picked us up in the morning and took us back. Max bent over backwards for us. If I never need a car again I will go to Max. If I were you I'd give him double of what you give the guys for a good report. I thank God for Max being our salesperson.
