My buying situation was not typical - looking to buy a car while moving to Montana, I worked with Jake over the phone and email to find the perfect Tacoma; Jake was helpful and enthusiastic the whole way through, and by the time I got to Montana he had my truck transferred from another dealer and ready to go at Lithia Toyota Billings. All at a great price! Taking delivery of the truck in person was fun, rapid, and enjoyable, with Jake and Mike Duff answering all my questions and getting me financed quickly and fairly. Jake went above and beyond to show me all the awesome features of the Tacoma, and took the time to show me all the tech. features, and even paired my phone to the Bluetooth system. Really can't say enough good things about this experience - would certainly buy another car from Jake at Lithia! Thank you! More

When we came in Kristen introduced us to Aldo Rowe who walked us through the rest of the process. He was wonderful to work with! Aldo handed us over to Michael Duff and he was great! By this time our kids were tired and hungry and he got us in and out quickly and was very understanding! I would recommend these three to anyone! More

I wish to single out Brittnee Russell (initial internet contact) and Max Erickson (customer service/sales rep) as being down-to-earth folks who listen I wish to single out Brittnee Russell (initial internet contact) and Max Erickson (customer service/sales rep) as being down-to-earth folks who listened to what I wanted, then provided just that. After a less-than-remarkable visit last fall, it was a sincere pleasure to have both Brittnee and Max allow the purchase process to happen my way this spring without having to jump through a bunch of meaningless hoops. My mind was made up on exactly what I wanted before I ever contacted anyone. I told Brittnee in my initial e-mail I was not going to be pushed but I would be reasonable if treated with respect. Max understood from the get-go that I am "old-school," and we got along wonderfully throughout the buying process. After the sale was all written up, Sarah Smith in the financial office put on display her very thorough knowledge of all the required paperwork. This little lady provided us with a very humorous 15 or 20 minutes as she whisked through that end of things! What a fun person to be with! (She reminded me of my youngest daughter - which is a GOOD thing!) I was also initially contacted via e-mail by Zoey who very professionally deferred to Brittnee when she realized Brittnee had also contacted me. Zoey could not have been more polite! So - give all four of these fine folks a raise!! They are all very positive assets to your company!! More

Got us into exactly what we wanted We have been looking for just the right car for nearly a year and found it on Lithia's website. We have a very long list of deal-breakers which really narrowed our options, plus my wife and I are neurotic researchers. We also live in a rural area which makes lot-trolling nearly impossible. Although the Internet staff was very helpful, there was some confusion about the whereabouts of our vehicle by the time we made the trip to Billings. When we showed up on the lot, our car was on a transport from Missoula that had been delayed. Since the vehicle was very specific, we were not interested in any other vehicle on the lot. The staff was very understanding, apologetic and tried their best to locate the vehicle as I began my slow burn. I was incredibly disappointed because we felt that we finally found "our" car and it wasn't available. My wife and I HATE the process of purchasing vehicles and we are very quick to walk out, which I really wanted to do. Jhevon, our salesperson, convinced us to sit down and talk about pricing and such while they found the transport. I was apprehensive about doing any paperwork without actually seeing the vehicle but Jhevon assured me that anything we do would be contingent on a satisfactory test drive. He really put us at ease, was affable, and understood that we knew exactly what we wanted/expected and didn't waste our time with salesmanship. The paperwork process and financing (with Andrew) was smooth, quick and very satisfactory for us. Before we knew it, he had purchased a vehicle we weren't entirely sure existed. This is nothing short of miraculous considering that my wife and I are terribly apprehensive about the whole process and are overly careful. But it was easy to trust Jhevon. In the end, the transport showed up just 20 minutes after we left (enough time for a quick trip to the mall) and Jhevon called us immediately. The vehicle was even better than we expected. Jhevon saved a sale and we love our new-to-us 2012 Camry Hybrid. More
