I was informed when my car was going to arrive, when it would be ready to pick up and given an invoice so I knew what the price would be before I drove up to Billings to get it. Jerry McKeen spent 4 hours going over all the SUV's manuals, buttons in the vehicle, and he paired my phone so I could use the features of Entune right away! He walked my husband through the various dept. of the dealership, and introduced us to each one. I have never had such a positive experience like this, and it made us both feel appreciated. More
Amazing service above and beyond Before movin to Montana a few weeks ago I was in contact with Kristen. She helped me select a car from the stock and got most of the paperwork ready. She was great to work with and kept on contact through this process. I bought a Toyota 2015 Rav 4 from jake gruel the salesman in was pared with. He was patient as I looked at the stock. He was knowledgeable about what I was looking for. Now for the above and beyond. While my wife waited for me, my youngest threw up in our other car. We took the our other car back the next day to see if the dealership could clean it as we were new to town. No one was available, so jake took it back and cleaned it himself. He had already closed the deal, but did this for us anyways. I would buy a car from this dealership and this salesman again. More
WORTH THE WAIT We pulled on the lot at 9:30 am, picked the vehicle we wanted before 10, and drove home in the vehicle we chose at 5:30 pm. The Dealership matched the interest rate of the bank, but only after 4 times... Why don't they just start out at the lowest? We love the truck; Max the salesman was GREAT (we are very picky, and hard to deal with!) We bought a 2015 Tundra Beartooth Edition. Awesome truck! More

Her skills in locating possible vehicles that we would be interested in were outstanding. Although the dealership did not have the exact model, she located two trucks in stock that had a combination of these features. She is articulate, responsive and caring. With her help we felt confident that our trip from Bozeman to Billings would be productive. Once we were at the dealership we spoke with her and she introduced us to their salesman Max Erickson. Max did a super job in helping my husband determine the model that would be right for him, which incidentally was not the truck he originally had in mind. Max was patient and friendly. He responds thoughtfully and honestly to questions asked. He gave us all the time we needed to make an intelligent decision. He was outstanding as a salesman. We had two low mileage Toyota vehicles that we wished to trade. The Sales Manager, Patrick O'Neil was very professional, thoughtful and courteous. Together we reached a deal where Lithia took in the two vehicles and we drove home in a 2015 Tacoma. All this said, we started out this journey "just to look!" Phil in the Finance Department was very nice, helpful and pleasant as well. Our experience at Lithia Toyota of Billings was super! Without exception, each of the people we dealt with were helpful, thoughtful and professional. We were given ample time to make decisions without unwanted sales pressure. My Max I have been planning to buy a vehicle for two years. A friend bought a Nissan last year and when I asked her why not a Toyota she said that Lithia sa I have been planning to buy a vehicle for two years. A friend bought a Nissan last year and when I asked her why not a Toyota she said that Lithia sales people are too pushy. I currently have a Corolla and take it there for service. I have always dealt with Jim Harmon and he has been Awesome! He is friendly, responsive and communicates any questions or concerns. I thought I would give Toyota a chance based on my experience with Jim. My husband and I stopped in and met Dave Powell. Dave was great! We test drove a 4 Runner and loved it except there was not much head room for my 6 foot 2 husband. I refused to purchase the 4 Runner prior to test driving a Pathfinder and a Santa Fe. About an hour or two after we left the dealership Dave sent us text thanking us for coming in. I was Impressed! That is customer service! I was also impressed with Dave's professionalism, although he left Lithia he put me in contact with Max. It's funny I know Jim and Dave's last name but Max. He is the like the Madonna or Cher of Lithia, he only needs one name, Max! To the hiring manager of Lithia, you have hit the mark with finding a mature group of salesmen who are in it to have fun and not be pushy. Max was informative, patient and stayed in constant contact with us. We decided on a Highlander but did not want the one on the lot. Max contacted me each time one was arriving for me too look at. The only downside was that the Highlander is so popular that Lithia does not negotiate on the price. For people who do not like to haggle that is a good thing. I would absolutely buy another vehicle from Max at Lithia. More

Again, Jake was very helpful and also informative and was interested in our needs. I went to some previous dealerships and they wouldn't give me nearly what my car was worth so I was going to see how much it would cost to lease a vehicle and keep the one I owned. My salesman Jake Gruel knew I really didn't want any cars on the lot. He still spent two hours with me. He went over the Rav 4 with me in detail and he ran some rough numbers for me so I could get an idea of what kind of payment I would have. Jake never pressure d me to lease or purchase a vehicle. He also never acted like I was wasting his time even though he knew he probably wasn't going to make a sale. Jake Gruel is one of the nicest salesman I have had the pleasure of meeting. He actually has integrity. I walked out of the dealership with a 2015 Rav4. I have always been a Honda owner. If it wasn't for Jake Gruel and the rest of the people I had the pleasure of dealing with I would have left like I did the other lots. More
