They were very patient and helpful, which Kristen was last time also for our first lease, but the bar was set very high this time and she did wonderful and we are so thankful to have this vehicle!! We have never felt more pressure in our lives than when he was pushing this 4Runner on us. Before we knew what was even happening, we were owners of the dang thing. Whatever you do, do not give him your number! He bogged down my phone with his nonstop texting until we signed the contract! JUST KIDDING! :) Max is completely the opposite of everything we said, we just thought we would give him a heart attack at his Saturday morning meeting :) We thoroughly enjoyed the whole process. He found us exactly what we wanted and got the best deal he could get us. We really enjoyed chatting with him and will definitely be back to purchase another vehicle from him again! Emergency Repairs Two days into a cross-country road-trip in our 97 4-Runner, we experienced a mechanical issue as we were leaving Billings. We turned around and locat Two days into a cross-country road-trip in our 97 4-Runner, we experienced a mechanical issue as we were leaving Billings. We turned around and located Lithia Toyota. The on-board computer indicated a misfire in Cylinder 4, but when they got it into the shop the problem (naturally) disappeared. The service manager, Robert, made a call as to his best guess on what was causing the problem, and suggested replacing the fuel injector. They had us back on the road in 3 hours and we were able to complete our trip without any further problems. Many thanks to Robert and his team for diagnosing the problem and fixing it quickly so we could complete our trip on schedule! More
