Max took us for a test drive, as we drove he made both my mom and I feel confident that he was going to do his absolute best to get me a great deal. I truly felt like Max had the best intentions for me. He wanted to make sure I got the payments where I needed them so I could purchase my first vehicle on my own. He had great intentions for me and made sure I wasn't going to sell myself short. Max made my first car purchase fun and easy. I can't thank him enough for selling me my dream car. (Honestly though the best part was when Max kept trying to jump over the counter and kept missing) Thanks again Max! :) More

I asked if I could put a deposit down, but salemen said it was non-refundable (which I later found out wasn't true). Received a call the next morning from that salesperson's boss indicating that I must be somehow confused about which vehicle I made an offer on because they couldn't sell that vehicle for that price (despite our verbal agreement from the day before). Stopped responding to my phone calls and then when I finally reached the General Manager, told me the vehicle sold. Terrible customer service and experience. Get everything in writing from these guys if you are thinking about doing business. More

This particular purchase was for a 1999 Forerunner, which turned out to have a bad alternator within just a few days of purchase. Lithia took care of everything - towed the vehicle and replaced the alternator for free! Not only is Greg an awesome salesman, but Lithia's service department is fabulous. More

My husband was in a serious car accident with our 2014 Avalon and it was nothing short of a miracle that he survived. We chose to replace the totaled Avalon that was only a year old with another one. Max was our salesman and he was very pleasant and knowledgeable. Once we bought the vehicle he went the extra mile to accomodate us. I trust he will be with us after the sale. Big dealership, but very low-pressure and easy to deal with I purchased a new 2016 Toyota Tacoma from Jerry McKeen and couldn't be happier. He was patient and took the time to answer any questions I had and went out of his way to see I was happy with the purchase. I'm an experienced car buyer - I've bought 40+ vehicles and am familiar with all the games played by dealerships. Not once did Jerry or anyone at Lithia try something shady or underhanded and they didn't pressure me into buying something I didn't want or need. Obviously this is a business and they're here to make money, so they do offer additional services beyond just selling vehicles (extended warranties, etc.), but Lithia didn't try the hard-sell like so many other places I've been. I've dealt with literally hundreds of car salesmen in my life and I have zero patience with those that are pushy and try to shove me into something I neither want nor can afford. Jerry was like a breath of fresh air. His job is to sell cars for Lithia, and he works hard to get it done. But this is where Jerry differs from nearly every other salesman I've dealt with: not ONCE did he push or pressure me and he genuinely tried to get me into something that "I" wanted, not something that represented the biggest commission for him. After dealing with Jerry, I spoke with the finance manager, Jhevon McMillan. Again, there was no pressure from him and he thoroughly explained the myriad paperwork associated with buying a new vehicle. Some of the worst experiences I've had in buying from dealerships have come from finance managers, which is why I appreciate the good guys like Jhevon. He did his job and explained some of the additional services offered by Lithia and didn't browbeat me when I politely declined. Just a nice guy to deal with. With the way Jerry and Jhevon treated me, you can bet this is where I'm buying my next Toyota and this where I'll send my friends. All you high-pressure dealerships out there that think the way to earn someone's business is by treating them like garbage, take a few tips from Jerry and Jhevon: if you show respect to your customers and treat them well, they WILL return and tell their friends. And oh yeah...I got a screaming deal on my pickup! More
