We had spoken on the phone from home in Wyoming and narrowed our choice of a new vehicle down to a 2017 Rav4, so when we arrived for our appointment, it took us very little time to make our final decision. In fact, due to the efficiency of the staff and the communications done ahead of our appointment, we walked out with our new car in only 2 hours and 50 minutes. We've been thrilled with it since then. It was the easiest vehicle buying experience EVER. More

Asking the right questions and listening to my daughter carefully (regarding budget, comfort and desire of type of vehicle) he showed her the Jeep that we ended up purchasing. During the test drive his knowledge of the vehicle and showing us the CarFax was great. Mike in financing quickly gathered our information and efficiently pulled it all together to work with her budget. He explained everything clearly and efficiently. Kevin watched over the whole process and was able to get the service department to take care of the dash light about the tire sensors taken care of. Over all very satisfied with the car buying experience. I will probably be purchasing other vehicles with them. More

Best experience I have had in buying a car. We particularly enjoyed the absence of high pressure sales and the sales person taking offers back and forth from the sales manager to the customers. Brittney did a great job of explaining the features of the RAV 4. She answered all of our questions. She was very knowledgeable of the product and was able to explain everything to us. I hope we are able to have a follow up session on how to operate the many systems available on the car. One session is not enough to grasp all the information about the car. We previously bought a Toyota from a Denver dealership and then gave seminars on a monthly basis to new car owners. Have you considered doing this? More
