Was impressed at first, but then it all just seemed like a show to make you trust them. Telling you the vehicle has a warranty then saying it doesn’t when they need to sell one and increase commissions. S a show to make you trust them. We came in to Lithia of Billings to look at a Rav4 and no hybrid. The salesman listen to our request and we drove a non hybrid. Our salesman, as he should have, asked if we would drive a hybrid.
