Truly Amazing I was not expecting the experience I had with Lithia. I had never bought a new car before, so needless to say I had no clue what I was doing. Norm was amazing about giving me all the information I needed without being pushy or takib advantage of my lack of knowledge. He answered all my questions and genuinely wanted me to understand the terms of my lease and what kind of car I was getting. I am still so impressed and blown away by the deal I got.
