We showed up later in the day, to test drive a model that wasn’t available where we live and the staff stayed well past closing to ensure we were happy. Never felt rushed or pressured into purchased. Our salesman was friendly, informative, laid back and made the experience an enjoyable one. The financial department was amazing as well, they worked with us to get the best deal and to explain the options available . Left the dealership feeling stress free. Our Toyota was due for our 5,000 mile maintenance when we stopped during the weekend after hours. The first thing on Monday I stopped in early before service opened and explained to service Tech Mack Anderson that I did not have an appointment and if he could work me in. He advised me that it could take a while since they were short on help during the week but would try his best. I told him I could not drop off the vehicle later since my wife and I were checking out of a hotel and on the road by 10 a.m. By 9:10 a.m. Mack advised me my car was ready and out the door, also changed my front window wipers as well. Even Free is too much. Service department is so bad, that I take my new Toyota to the Chevrolet dealer instead of getting my 'free' Toyota care service. Scheduled oil change takes hours, if they do not just tell you, you do not have an appointment. . They are not capable of fixing a flat tire. On two occasions I had to get it repaired the next day at a tire shop. Refused to honor the extra tire warranty they sold me. More
