Oil change and tire rotation. I had a scheduled appointment for an oil change and tire rotation. When I arrived it was only minutes later that the service techs had my car in and t I had a scheduled appointment for an oil change and tire rotation. When I arrived it was only minutes later that the service techs had my car in and the work begun. I waited at the dealership thinking it would probably take about an hour and was pleasantly surprised when my vehicle was ready less than 40 minutes later. More

Decent I had an oil change scheduled via phone and somehow my appointment never made it in their system. Therefore showed up and everyone was puzzled. Lucki I had an oil change scheduled via phone and somehow my appointment never made it in their system. Therefore showed up and everyone was puzzled. Luckily the walk-in gentleman was free and able to get me taken care of which I was very thankful for but I don’t understand how I can make an appointment over the phone with a gal and then it never make it to their system. That’s the only reason for the 4 stars. I don’t recall their names but everyone was great. More
