New Toyota Tacoma Purchase I visited Lithia Toyota on February 14th, 2019 to test drive a Toyota Tacoma. I received a friendly greeting from Mr. Jhvevon McMillian, sales associa I visited Lithia Toyota on February 14th, 2019 to test drive a Toyota Tacoma. I received a friendly greeting from Mr. Jhvevon McMillian, sales associate, upon entering the dealership. I explained to Jhevon that I would like to test drive a 2019 Toyota Tacoma and get a trade-in value estimate on my 2008 Chevy Silverado. During the test drive, Jhevon, who also happens to own/drive a Tacoma, explained the features of each of the different Tacoma models/trims to me and demonstrated excellent product knowledge. After the test drive, Jhevon and some of the other staff looked over my trade-in and gave me an estimate of the trade-in value. I feel Lithia offered me a fair trade-in value. Not the highest, not the lowest, but definitely fair and reasonable. Jhevon was eager (but not high pressure) to make a sale, and I was due for a new vehicle. After some discussion with Jhevon and later, with Mr. Michael Owenby, the sales manager, we were able to reach a fair deal, and I ended up purchasing a new 2019 Toyota Tacoma TRD Off-Road. Sarah in finance department helped complete the paperwork. Sarah seemed very knowledgeable, and even though it was late in the day and after closing, Sarah was very patient with me and answered all the questions I had related to the new sale paperwork. Thank you, Sarah! Overall, my experience with Lithia Toyota, the sales staff, and the finance department was very positive. I would recommend all three employees (Jhevon, Michael, and Sarah) to other shoppers in the area. More

The day after I bought the car, I heard on the radio (in my brand new day old car) that Toyota was giving $3000 cash back for a brand new Rav4, which is what I purchased. This deal was not offered to us, and I definitely would have waited a day or a week to buy the car, had I known. My second disappointment was with financing. I SPECIFICALLY said I only authorize them to run my credit once. I checked my report today, it was ran twice. They should have told me they needed to shop around and they should have gotten my consent. Overall- I’m very happy with my car, and I’m very happy with our salesman, Thane. I am less than thrilled with the sketchy finance department at Lithia. Unfortunately, I’m unsure if I would refer Lithia to anyone. I would have a preferred honesty, and could have made a different decision. More

Professional, Friendly, Fast I took my car in for a scheduled service. It was done a half an hour earlier than estimated, which is always good. I had gone across the street to donate blood while I was waiting. On my walk back I slipped and fell on an ice patch (it was a snowy day). Didn't hurt myself, but wary about walking on the snow again. Joey asked another gentleman there to bring my car in so I didn't have to go out looking for it. Such a nice thing to do, Thank you guys so much! I've had Robert do this same thing in the past. Really appreciate this crew! More

No hassle, no waiting in the showroom "while I talk to my manager", no pressure, no attempts to upsell or surprises. Truly, one of the best car buying experiences I have ever had. My "sales specialist" was Kristen Paulson who did a phenomenal job. I purchased the truck from out of state as there were very few available where I live. She was straightforward from the outset, telling me exactly what was available and promptly answering any and all questions about the truck. When we got to price she immediately responded with a very reasonable and fair offer below what sites like true car and edmunds were quoting. After a brief talk with her sales manager (Patrick, also very easy to deal with and great customer service) to agree on price, she handled everything perfectly. She even offered to pick me up at the airport! She had everything ready to go when I arrived. Truck was detailed, filled with gas, plates were on and all paperwork was in order. All I had to do was sign a few documents and I was out the door. Twenty minutes tops. Fair pricing, great service and no hassles! I only wish Lithia was my local dealership. I could not give a higher recommendation for Kristen or Lithia toyota. Great job!! More
