Incompetent Service Advisor I had my son’s Camry serviced there today.. Firstly the Advisor, told me he would give me a 5.00 credit for the exhorbitant $86.15 synthetic oil chang I had my son’s Camry serviced there today.. Firstly the Advisor, told me he would give me a 5.00 credit for the exhorbitant $86.15 synthetic oil change on the 4 cylinder Camry, which he neglected to do. Worst than that Jeff then charged my card $2,350.00 for that oil change. He said he had a lot to do that day and got mixed up. Later he said he had “no excuses” but I reminded him that he just gave me an excuse. I went to the manager to sort this debacle out. This is NOT Toyota quality service. More
