He NEVER pressured us. We were in complete control of the situation. When we said that a particular feature that we wanted was not present on a car, he readily focused on cars with the feature(s) that we were looking far. Omar was both attentive and professional. His customer skills are exemplary, and there was only the feeling of genuine interest in his clients. This young man made "car shopping" a pleasure. I normally do not like to car shop because I either feel pressured or feel like the salesman thinks I am "a crazy person" for not agreeing with him or her. Omar and the other staff members that we were introduced to made us feel genuinely appreciated and respected. The only concern was meeting our needs, and Omar readily gave my husband and me the time we needed to talk with each other and look around. He was available when he was needed, but he did not make us feel like he was just following us. I clearly give Omar and Lithia Toyota my heartfelt appreciation for the courtesy, help, and respect that they showed us.
